Testimony

Inter@ctive Week magazine called me the "dean of corporate privacy officers."

The Legal Times in Washington DC noted that the role I created, corporate Chief Privacy Officer, is rapidly becoming a fixture in major corporations.

I was quoted in the press release when Rep. Gary Miller introduced the "Can Spam Act of 1999" which I assisted his staff in drafting.

I got a mention in the Congressional Record when Rep. Chris Smith introduced the "Netizens Protection Act of 1997."

I was profiled by The New York Times CYBERTIMES for my efforts opposing unsolicited commercial email. (If you can't get into the CyberTimes, click here.)

I also made my Photographic Debut for the National Geographic Society!
