On September 7, 2001, I submitted expert witness testimony on behalf of Napster in the group of cases captioned as In re Napster, Inc. Copyright Litigation. My testimony along with all filings in the case remain under seal by order of the court.

On January 3, 2000, I submitted expert witness testimony on behalf of Microsoft and WebTV in the case Hartford House, Ltd., d.b.a. Blue Mountain Arts v. Microsoft Corporation and WebTV Networks, Inc. My testimony along with all filings in the case remain under seal under the terms of a settlement agreement.

On November 8, 1999, the Federal Trade Commission held a "Workshop on Online Profiling." A copy of my comments can be found here.

On November 3, 1999, I testified before the United States House of Representatives Subcommittee on Telecommunications, Trade, and Consumer Protection. My written testimony for the House Subcommittee can be found here.

On June 17, 1998, I testified before the United States Senate's Subcommittee on Communications. My written testimony for the Senate can be found here.
