SPAMMING HEARING TOMORROW
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Senator John McCain (R-AZ), Chairman of the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT), Chairman of the Communications Subcommittee, today announced the witness list for tomorrows Subcommittee hearing on spamming. Members of the Subcommittee will examine the problem of junk e-mail and possible legislative options to deter it.The hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 17, at 9:30 a.m. in room 253 of the Russell Senate Office Building. Senator Burns will preside.
